KATINKO® Oil Liniment contains Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, Eucalyptus Oil, and Camphor (30 mg/15 mg/15 mg/12 mg per 100 mL.)
It helps relieve dizziness, fever, colds, sneezing, minor aches and pains of joints associated with backache, arthritis, strains, and sprains.
What is in KATINKO® Oil Liniment?
KATINKO® Oil Liniment contains Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, Eucalyptus Oil, and Camphor.
- METHYL SALICYLATE topical (for the skin) is used for temporary relief of muscle or joint pain caused by strains, sprains, arthritis, bruising, or backaches.
- MENTHOL topical (for the skin) provides a cooling sensation when applied to the skin, which helps relieve pain in the tissues underneath the skin. It is used to provide temporary relief of minor arthritis pain, backache, muscles or joint pain, or painful bruises.
- EUCALYPTUS OIL helps in reducing pain, swelling, and inflammation.
- CAMPHOR helps relieve skin irritation and itchiness and may help to improve the overall appearance of skin. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties that make it useful in healing infections.
Other ingredients are Mineral Oil and Lavender Oil.
What is KATINKO® Oil Liniment used for?
KATINKO® Oil Liniment is used on the skin for the relief of discomfort associated to:
- Headache
- Muscle pain
- Skin itch primarily caused by insect bites
- Travel sickness
- Flatulence (passing gas from the digestive system out of the back passage or farting)
How much and how often should you use KATINKO® Oil Liniment?
Apply generously to the affected area as often as required or repeat the application 3 to 4 times daily until relieved. Use this medication as directed by your doctor or follow all directions on the product package. If you have any questions, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
When should you not use KATINKO® Oil Liniment?
- Allergic to the active ingredients or any other ingredients of KATINKO® Oil Liniment.
- Children 2 years of age and below.
- Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
