Refund and Shipping Policy

Returns 

We will be happy to accept returns for products that are defective due to

manufacturing or workmanship issues. Fulfillment mistakes may occur

resulting in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return.

 

Our return policy allows for returns to be made within 14 days

of the original shipment date. If the item is not returned

within this timeframe, no credit will be given.

 

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. For items with packaging, they must be returned in their unopened and unused items.

 

It is important to note that the item must be in its original condition, and the buyer must pay the return shipping fee. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 

We will carefully inspect items shipped back to us. No credit will be given if items are altered or damaged. We cannot give a store credit for return items that we have not received. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend purchasing a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. You will have to pay for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

We take the process of inspecting all shipped items very seriously. Please note that we cannot provide any credit for items that have been damaged or altered in any way.

 

In the case of returned items, we must receive them first before issuing any store credit. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend purchasing a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. Please be advised that return shipping costs will have to be paid by you.

After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email about the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment or credit card. Please note that it may take a certain amount of days for the credit to be reflected in your account.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at iluvmyskinbyfmccj@gmail.com for instructions.

 

Cancellation (if applicable) 

Please take note of the following information:

If you need to cancel an order, kindly send us an email within 24 hours. We will confirm the cancellation via email once it has been approved.

 

We take great care in inspecting and packing each item in your order. However, any damage incurred during transit or delivery will not be our responsibility. Please be advised that we are not liable for lost or stolen goods, taxes, or fees determined by your country's customs if you are an international customer.

Shipping and Handling Time

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made the error. Make sure you give us your complete, accurate shipping address. Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping costs, for which you will be responsible. If you would like us to re-ship your refused or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the shipping charges.

Please take note that you will receive an Order Number upon placing your order, however, please be aware that we will require some time to validate your credit card and address information before we can fully process your order. It usually takes us approximately 2-3 business days to complete this process. Rest assured that as soon as we have verified all of your information, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, and your order will be ready to ship.

 

Our usual shipping time is the next business day after your payment has been cleared from our Merchant account. Kindly note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please also be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

 

We cannot guarantee the exact date when your order will arrive. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by ILuvmySkin or other parties should be considered an estimate. We encourage you to place your order on time to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

USPS within the USA and Canada

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

UPS for International

 

Order Tracking:

If the shipping carrier provides us with a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates:

FREE Shipping within the USA only! We do use Ground Advantage

Canada

The cost of shipping for your order will be determined by the weight of the products you have purchased and your location. You will be shown the shipping cost before making the final checkout, and you will have the option to cancel your order if you decide not to proceed.

 

Backorders:

"If an item in your order is not available at the time of shipping, we will send you the products that are currently in stock. Once the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you without any additional shipping and handling charges. You will receive two shipments, but you will only pay for the items once."
