Refund and Shipping Policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due
to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment
of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Our refund policy is 14 days.
Must be returned within 14 days of the original shipment date.
Otherwise, no credit will be given.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused
and in the same condition that you received it
or as long as it is UNOPENED AND UNUSED with complete packaging!
Items must be in original condition. The buyer pays the return shipping fee.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will carefully inspect items shipped back to us. No credit will be given if items are altered or damaged.
We cannot give store credit for return items that we have not received. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend purchasing a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation. You will have to pay for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at , and will send you instructions.
Cancellation (if applicable)
If an order cancellation is necessary, please send us an email within 24 hours.
Cancellation will be confirmed via email once approved.
We carefully inspect and pack each item in your order. Any damage during transit
or delivery is not our responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods, taxes, or fees determined by your country's customs (international).
Shipping and Handling Time
Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. It usually takes about 1-2 business days for us to process your order. As soon as we have verified all of your information, your order will ship and we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day after your payment was cleared from our Merchant account.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ILuvmySkin or other parties also like an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

If less than 1 lb or 16 oz we do use First Class Package
If more than 1 lbs we do use Priority Mail Package
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
